The Team

Erica is from Olathe, KS and grew up dancing for both studio and high school dance teams. She received her Exercise Science and Dance degree from the University of Kansas and then went on to attend The University of Saint Mary and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy.

She developed a passion for treating dancers due to not feeling understood by the medical community as a young dancer. She suffered an ankle injury in middle-school resulting in being in a cast for 6 weeks. A couple days after getting her cast off she had a week long dance camp with little to no guidance in returning to sport safely. She continued to reinjure her ankle until finally gaining the tools and knowledge she needed to specifically target and strengthen her deficits.

Her mission is to empower and elevéte dancers, dance parents, and dance instructors to their full potential.
